[::..Tok Darling..::]

I finally met my Tok Darling today. I have never seen her so healthy, so fine. I hugged her when we met. I felt like crying. I don't know if it was because I missed her, I probably do. Actually, I do, or because I am hurting so much. I walked around that house of hers. It is amazing how things changed. Last I heard, a thief stole all her wires and pipes. I don't know how he managed to do that. Her house is clean, but it looked a little bit run downed. I peeked beyond the curtain to the 2nd hall. It looked the same. I remembered growing up in that house. Running around as a kid. And I was scared of the house. I used to set traps in the house coz I was afraid of thieves. I was also afraid to venture to the back yard coz there was a banana tree. Today, I still find myself scared to walk around the house. I wished Tok Darling would stay in Singapore......I only spent a few minutes with her, and we left for Nanny's house. There I met Auntie Intan and her kids, and Nanny. It was so nice to see them again after so long. It felt like ages.

Uncle Kader than brought us to dinner. He ordered me crispy crab fritters. It was real crab. Baby crab, with shell and all. It was nice. Never eaten it before. It was soo cool. I had to much fun with Nadya today. She was lively, and very loving. There was once, she cupped my face and said, "Hold Kakak's face" and then she nose kissed me with that cheeky little eyes of hers. I love that little girl. She is soooooooooooooo cute. We played all sorts of games. It was an incredible time with her.

But now, I'm home. Got another email reply. I'm so emotional now. I'm mourning. I need some quiet times alone. And yet, when I face quiet times, I get scared. I will be stronger. With God's grace, I will. Insya Allah.
